MaxMyPoints

Every purchase earned points. Most weren’t yours.

Web app Personal & business Live

MaxMyPoints reads a year of your credit card statements, re-scores every purchase against every rewards card on the market, and shows you — line by line — the points the wrong card cost you. Then it hands you the routing plan for next year.

How it works.

01Load a year of spending

Connect your cards through Plaid’s encrypted, read-only link, or upload statements as CSV, OFX or PDF. It reads transactions — never card numbers or credentials.

02Re-score every purchase

One press. Each purchase is scored against the earning rates of every card in the catalogue, with annual fees, category caps and portal bookings all accounted for.

03Get the routing plan

A category-by-category playbook: which of your cards to swipe where, which card — if any — is worth adding, and what the whole strategy is worth per year after fees.

04Fee-honest recommendations

A $795 premium card that out-earns a free card by $50 is a bad deal, and the engine says so. Every suggestion is scored net of its annual fee.

05Valued two ways

Missed points are totalled in dollars at standard redemption rates and again at high-end transfer-partner rates, so you can see both floor and ceiling.

06Welcome bonuses, reality-checked

A sign-up offer only counts if your actual spending would clear the minimum-spend threshold in time. If it wouldn’t, the bonus isn’t counted.

07What those points could have booked

Missed points expressed as the trips they would have covered, not just as a number in a column.

08A separate plan for business

Multi-card and employee-card rollup, with accountant-ready CSV and printable PDF output. Business spending is audited apart from personal.

What it costs.

Personal — $29, once

A full 12-month audit against every card on the market, the routing plan, fee-honest recommendations, and a year of access to your results. If it finds less than $29 of missed value, request a refund within 14 days and you get all of it back.

Business — from $249

One-time or annual, tiered by prior-year card volume. If a one-time business audit finds less value than it cost, it’s upgraded to a free year of the annual plan.

MaxMyPoints is not a financial adviser, and nothing it produces is financial, credit or tax advice. It’s arithmetic on your own statements using published card earning rates, which change often — confirm current rates, fees and terms with the issuer before you apply. It’s still in development and not open yet — the site is gated, and nothing is being sold there today.
