Privacy Policy

VoxelFall is built to be private by design.
Data we collect
None. VoxelFall has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. The app itself sends nothing off your device — it makes no network requests at all. The only exception is App Store purchase processing, which Apple performs (see Purchases below).
Data stored on your device
Your settings, high scores, and — if you choose one — your background photo are stored locally on your device only. The background photo picker uses Apple's private picker, so the app only ever receives the single image you select; it has no access to your photo library.
Keeping and deleting your data
Everything above stays on your device until you remove it, and for as long as you keep the app. You can remove your background photo at any time in Settings, and deleting VoxelFall deletes everything it has stored. Because we never receive any of it, there is nothing for us to retain, nothing to request a copy of, and nothing you need to ask us to delete. There is no consent to revoke, because we never collect anything that would require it.
Purchases
If you buy the full version, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple, under Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment details, and we are not told who bought the app.
Children
VoxelFall is rated 4+ and is suitable for all ages. Because we collect no data at all, we collect none from children either. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction. Parents with questions can contact us at support@itotallyneedthat.com.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

VoxelFall is provided by I Totally Need That LLC ("we", "us").
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use VoxelFall on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Purchases
Paid features are a one-time purchase processed by Apple. Refunds are handled through Apple according to their policies.
No warranty
VoxelFall is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app, and in any event our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after an update constitutes acceptance.
